Blogger Ben Boulden, who admits to having been a big reader of Don Pendleton’s adventure series featuring Mack Bolan (aka The Executioner) during his impressionable middle-school years, has gathered together an assortment of Executioner covers dating back to the Nixon administration. “I made a brief survey of the Internet,” Boulden explains, “and
