Sensational Sensationalism
Men’s Pulp Mags blogger Robert Deis (aka Subtropic Bob) looks back at the work of Norman Baer, “one of many highly talented illustration artists who worked for men’s adventure magazines during part of their careers.” Especially worth checking out in Deis’ post is the artwork Baer did for Cavalier magazine, which once ran short stories by Mickey Spillane and Richard S. Prather.
